Our mission is to continuously challenge ourselves, and our industry, to evaluate new risks and economic possibilities in a rapidly changing world, that demands the introduction of new paradigms and investment approaches.
Alternative investments open possibilities not available in the public markets but often come with nuances and increased complexity. Our advisory practice takes a practical approach to alternatives, balancing the unique characteristics of illiquidity, exposure-over-time, volatility smoothing and other considerations to provide actionable insights.
Acknowledging that every client has specific needs and preferences, we have designed our advisory solutions to enable customization – leveraging novel structures like CAVs (commingled access vehicles) to help construct custom portfolios. CAVs can be used to create a foundation for building an alternative asset allocation that is diversified and accessible by investors of different sizes. We also use concepts like dynamic portfolio allocation to conform model portfolios to capital constraints.
We believe the client experience should be transparent, comprehensive, and straightforward; our goal is to make allocating to alternatives as simple as possible. We’ve designed our solution to integrate into your existing investment relationships. This means portfolio holdings can often be held with your current custodian and on a case by case basis have assets added externally.
