NEOS Community Care Packaging Event

In November 2025, NEOS Investments organized a community care package event, donating all items to Hall Neighborhood House in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to support their ongoing work with families in the local community. Each package included essential household items, as well as diapers and wipes, to help meet everyday needs. Employees and their families came together at the office to assemble the care packages and write Thanksgiving cards expressing gratitude and holiday cheer for each recipient. This initiative reflects NEOS’s commitment to giving back and making a meaningful impact in the communities where we live and work.

Impact Overview

  • Care packages assembled: 100 packages for families in Bridgeport, CT
  • Personal care items: lotion, body soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, Vaseline, Chapstick, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hairbrush
  • Cleaning supplies: Lysol wipes and Tide Pods
  • Food items: Mac and cheese, popcorn, granola bars
  • Diapers and wipes: 100 boxes of diapers and 100 boxes of baby wipes donated

NEOS Coat Drive

This year, NEOS gifted 100 children new winter coats, each packaged with two books, a pair of gloves, and a winter hat. Employees worked together to assemble the packages and deliver them to Hall Neighborhood House ahead of the holiday season. Through this effort, NEOS helps ensure that children stay warm, supported, and cared for throughout the winter.

NEOS Career Day for Students at Horizons GFA

NEOS Investments will be hosting a Career Day to give high school and college-aged students at Horizons GFA the opportunity to learn about various departments at NEOS and gain insight into what our day-to-day looks like. The goal is to educate students and provide a behind-the-scenes look at different roles, helping them explore potential career paths and college majors they may wish to pursue.

Every year, Horizons GFA brings its large community of supporters together for a gala to celebrate the achievement of their students. The funds raised at this event directly impact the lives of Horizons GFA students as they pursue academic, career, and personal success.

NEOS Coat Drive

Throughout December 2025, the team at NEOS Investments hosted a coat drive in support of One Warm Coat’s mission. As part of this initiative, we organized a company-wide coat drive and coordinated with local nonprofits to distribute donations. Our team donated new and gently used coats, along with hats, gloves, and other winter essentials to support individuals and families in need. Men’s items were donated to Pacific House in Stamford, while women’s and children’s items were donated to Westport Women’s Club, which partnered with Mercy Learning Center to distribute winter clothing to the community.

Impact Overview

In total, the NEOS Team donated 52 coats for One Warm Coat to further support local outreach efforts.
